CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS
Ask a seashore Realtor how's the market ? The most likely response will be: " It's a no inventory market". This means there is a frustratingly shortage of "good", well priced listings for sale.
Waterfront homes under a million dollars and single family houses between $850-950k are in highest demand. Lower township, Cape May and Wildwood have seen above average sales this year. Longport, Strathmere and Brigantine have relatively struggled. Rising interest rates over 5% and over priced and over speculated new construction will eventually cause a shift in the market.

Much like squirrels , good listing agents are storing away the good inventory to be released in Jan-Feb 2019. For the past 2 years, we have started the year selling properties New Year's week. We see no change of this activity for 2019.
