CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS - ALL YEAR LONG!

Fellow Alumnae,

According to Dictionary.com, the verb minister means: "to give service, care or aid;
attend as to wants or necessities". The purpose of our Alumnae Association is to minister to Carondelet, its students, alumnae and the greater community in the spirit of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

A year ago, I invited Carondelet's alumnae to become more engaged within our Alumnae Association to help in our ministry. No surprise - you answered the call! Our alumnae are spectacular that way. Just like the Sisters of St. Joseph, we are always responding to the needs of others - willing to help our neighbors, our community, and our fellow sisters. Our alumnae are blessings, sharing their God given gifts with the world!

Our Alumnae Association has been blessed with so many alums coming back to be class liaisons, help organize social events, provide a professional development seminar, speak to the Carondelet students about their career paths, volunteer to be mentors to Carondelet students and young alumnae, and provide spiritual insight and reflection to us all.  We are so lucky to have dedicated alumnae who are willing to share their wisdom and talents with our Carondelet family and the world at large. You all are blessings!

As 2018 comes to an end, I reflect on the honor I have had in serving my fellow sisters and our alma mater this year. I look forward with great excitement to the New Year and the many events we have planned for you in 2019. There is always room for more alumnae to participate in the Association's endeavors. Come bless us with your gifts of heart, faith, courage and excellence! Please reach out and let us know how you would like to participate in our ministry. Every alumna is welcomed and treasured!

May the peace and love of Christ bless you and yours this Christmas season and always!
