With Main Street Iowa and the Iowa Economic Development Authority, DPI presents the Open 4 Business competition for a for-profit business locating in downtown Burlington. Three chosen local applicants will pitch their business concepts to DPI, with the winner competing to be a semifinalist in June for a chance at $8,000.
