- Photo identification 
- Social Security Cards and birth dates for all tax payers and dependents -  All tax forms received from employers, banks, etc. (W-2's, 1099's, etc.) 
-  Healthcare Forms (1095 A,B,C or Exemption) 
- Supporting documents for all other income, expenses, deductions and credits 
- If direct deposit OR savings bonds are desired: bank routing number and account number

United Way of Greater Augusta is pleased to announce  the release of the Requests for Proposals for its 2019-2020 Community Impact Grant cycle.  
 
This cycle will cover the program period of July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020. Grants will be awarded for a period of one year. United Way of Greater Augusta is committed to being the catalyst to improving people's lives in the communities of Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County. Our vision is to be the leader that has united the community towards positive change.

Applications are due March 22, 2019
