Sunday, November 18

This Sunday, November 18, during our 6 PM worship service, we will praise the goodness of God and His work in and through this congregation during the last year. We will have copies of the 2018 Annual Report available that morning in the lobbies, and you can view it on the News webpage by Saturday, November 17. Please plan to join us for this time of encouragement for our church family.

 

 

 

Saturday, December 8 | 10 AM - noon

Our annual outreach event for children ages 3 to 5th grade will be Saturday, December 8, in our Community Life Center. This event will help our families share the true meaning of Christmas in a fun and inviting way. Join us for a special story time, songs, crafts, games, face painting, balloon animals, and cookies to decorate! Everything is free! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors. Advent Worship at Christ Covenant

• December 9 | Christmas Choral Service: "Celebrating the Joy and Beauty of Advent" - 6 PM in the worship center (childcare for ages four months to two years)

February 1-2, 2019

Mark your calendar! We hope you can join us for The Gospel Coalition (TGC) Women's Training Network two-day intensive training hosted by Reformed Theological Seminary and Christ Covenant Church on February 1-2, 2019, at Christ Covenant Church. The cost ($65) includes lunch. The Women's Training Network is part of TGC that exists to train women to use the Bible well for the purpose of their own growth and for service to others, all for the glory of Christ. Christmas Poinsettias

Help beautify our worship center for Christmas by ordering a poinsettia "In Memory of" or "In Honor of" a loved one. Poinsettias will be displayed during December, with pick-up after the 6 PM Christmas Eve service. To order, enclose $10 per plant (payable to Christ Covenant Church) along with your designation in an envelope marked "Poinsettias." You may put it in the offering, bring it to the church office, or mail it to the Operations Department, Attention: Jill Joyner. Also, you can email Jill at [email protected]. Deadline to order is Sunday, December 16. You can find the order form in the November 18 & 25 printed Courier or online on our Sunday Worship Folder webpage.

Member Directory

We are organizing a printed member directory as a guide for congregational prayer, a convenient way to match names to faces, and an aide for communication. It will provide limited information such as your name, a recent photo, email address, preferred phone number and a list of children and their ages. If there are reasons that would restrict your participation in this directory, please contact Missy Evans at 704-814-1007 or [email protected] by Friday, November 30, to opt out.
