I want to thank each and every one of our 10,000 volunteers for the contributions you make to your local business communities all year long. I especially want to commend you for the exceptional work you have done during the partial government shutdown. Those chapters that were unable to access their office spaces were
adaptable and resilient, and found alternate ways to continue serving their clients.
We at SCORE Headquarters appreciate your flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to meet your clients' needs during these challenging time. Your efforts mean so much to the business owners you serve.

As we have discussed, we need to increase awareness of all that SCORE's voluntee
rs achieve. One of the ways to do that is to make sure we are all speaking about SCORE with the same, consistent message that resonates with what clients have told us they want and need. Please take a moment to become familiar with the

as each of our volunteers are the face of SCORE.
The SCORE brand is what people think about us - the impressions when seeing our logo, hearing our name or experiencing our services. In order to present a consistent and effective image to our clients, it's vital that our branding stay fresh and up to date
.
Note: Chapters are not expected to make these changes immediately. We ask that the appropriate changes to public facing materials are incorporated in chapter strategic and marketing plans for the next year. We understand changes to this degree take time, and please know your SCORE HQ Marketing team is available to help.

Onboarding Program Monthly Webinars

On a monthly basis SCORE Headquarters' Onboarding Team hosts a webinar to share learnings and resources as well as allow for questions about the program. The next webinar to support chapters in implementing the Onboarding Program is Thursday, February 21 at 1pm ET. Please register for Onboarding Program Webinar with the link below.
