2019 REALTOR® DUES AND MLS FEES
2019 REALTOR® dues and MLS fee invoices were sent to all members via email on December 18.

You may view and/or print a hard copy of your invoice at ims.nwarealtors.org.  IMS is also where you will pay your dues invoice.

Invoices are due on February 1st and a late fee will be assessed on February 2nd.

If you have questions, you will likely find them addressed in our  2019 Dues Billing Policy .

Our next membership meeting will be held at the NABOR Event Center at noon on Thursday, February 7th. Our speaker will be Rita Driver, a certified referral trainer.

We will have a "Split the Cash" drawing and one lucky REALTOR® could win $200 in our monthly drawing!
WANT TO SAVE ON YOUR LUNCHEON?

Go to ims.nwarealtors.org , click on Events, and you can pre-register for individual luncheons and save $2 on each luncheon.

We are on target to distribute the preliminary 2018 ranking reports to you by the end of this week.

The period for change requests will close on February 15th.

For those who haven't heard, our awards celebration will be held this year on April 6 at Crystal Bridges!

March 14 - April 4 - May 2 - June 6 - July 11
August 1 - September 5 - October 3 - November 14

Buffet opens at 11:30 am, meeting starts at noon

One lucky REALTOR® will win $1,000 in cash to be given away by random drawing at our banquet in December. To qualify for the drawing, you must attend nine of the eleven monthly meetings in 2018 and attend the banquet. Be sure to sign in at the registration table each month so that we can track your attendance!

In addition, the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® is giving away $100 in cash at each board luncheon meeting this year. You must attend the meeting and be signed in to win. If the winner is not present, the prize will rollover to the following month.
