Kindergarten Information Night

Thank you to all who attended Kindergarten information night!  We welcomed principals and K teachers from Regina Coeli and Most Blessed Sacrament!  Highlights from the evening include: Both schools are accepting new students.  Registration paperwork can be found outside of our school office.  Both schools offer extended day, hot lunch programs, sports programs, Parent organizations, Ed Choice Traditional, Ed Choice Expansion, other scholarships, speech therapy, counselors, assistance for math and reading, specials, Spanish, assistant teachers, Kindergarten screening and much more.  Stop by our office or theirs for more details.  MBS has already had their open house but Regina Coeli's is coming up on 3/3.

President's Day- NO SCHOOL

There will be no school on 2/18/19.  Please enroll in optional care for that day if care is needed.  

Things to do

Tired of being cooped up?  This is a free Lucas County residents weekend at the Zoo!  There are also many other free events and activities going on this weekend in Toledo!  Check them out!

Developmental Milestones

Early childhood is not only the optimal time to identify developmental concerns but it is also the perfect time to support development so a child can get on track!  There are many tools that can be used to track development.  Our teachers utilize the Ohio Department of Education's Early Learning Assessment to track from 3-5.  Take a look at the resources offered by the CDC.  Included below is a link to milestones as well as resources.  Remember that every child is an individual and will develop at his/her own pace.  The following is a snapshot of what is typical.  It does not reflect your child's potential!

2019-2020 School Year Open House

Tell your friends, relatives and neighbors that our first Open House will be on 2/24/19 from 11:30 AM -1 PM.  Families will be able to tour, meet faculty and *register for next school year.  There will be 2 $50 discounts off of the registration fee raffled off to those who sign in at the Open House.  

*Current returning students & siblings will have an opportunity to register earlier in February prior to registration opens to the public.

PK Mass Attendance

Our PK students have attended their first Mass!  Please join us for twice monthly all-PK Mass  3/1, 3/12, 3/29, 4/12, 4/30, 5/17, 5/28

PLEASE HAVE STUDENTS ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 8:05 ON A MASS DAY.
