If you have applied for a 10x10 you may set up your canopy.
Auditorium Interior Booths: Please note your booth is only 10 feet deep. The extra space behind your booth is for the electrical boxes and must be kept accessible.
Pipe and Drape is provided in the Auditorium ONLY.
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located at the far end of the Rear Lot, and at the far end of the lot on the hill. See signs. The Shriners will be directing
traffic in the morning. Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.
DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes
DO NOT Park in the First 2 Rows of the rear lot.
DO NOT Park in any Handicapped Spaces
DO NOT park out front, we must leave the closest parking for our shoppers.
End of Show
Absolutely no early break down allowed.
Dolly out all side and rear doors.
Vehicles are not permitted inside the building.
Do not park directly beside the building, this is a fire-lane and must be kept open.
Trash
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.
Restrooms
Located in the Lobby and Fez Ballroom.
Electricity
Electricity is available for $50 per 500 Watts.
Food
Free Coffee & Donuts are available each day until 9:30am.
The Snack Bar is located at the "stage end" in the Auditorium.
No Outside Food is allowed into the building
during show hours.
ATM
Located in the Lobby.
WiFi
This is a big metal building and the signal, if any, may be weak.
Please plan to perform transactions via your own wireless carrier.
Security
The Building will be locked after show closing each day.
Security is only a deterrent.
We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors
We have never had to obtain local permits for the Wilmington MA events.
However, you MUST bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility".
