Athletes must bring signed Participant Agreement or have a coach present to sign

Post Dryland Training stretching co-led by Joel Hinshaw,
Freeport High School Nordic Team Head Coach & L.L. Bean Wellness Employee.
While Lilly and Joel lead stretches, they will also discuss the importance of hydration and nutrition.
