The 32nd annual Kids Day is on March 5, 2019 -- just 19 days away! This longtime Valley tradition is fast approaching, and we would love to have you join us! There are many ways to get involved. You can sell papers on Kids Day or participate as a team in our business or school challenge.

Panda Express

Thank you to Panda Express for an incredible 2018 fundraising campaign. Panda Express, a valued partner through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, raised $623,000 for Valley Children's Hospital's Child Life Program this past year. This year's total was a $172,000 increase over the prior year.

Four of our local Panda Express locations finished in the top 13 in the United States from among more than 2,000 locations, including: Fresno at Kings Canyon and Peach, Hanford, Madera and Tulare. Pelandale Specialty Care Center Opening

On Friday, February 8, Valley Children's celebrated the opening of Pelandale Specialty Care Center in Modesto. This new center will serve families in Stanislaus County and beyond. Derek Carr and his family were on hand to commemorate the opening of this new facility. Thank you to the many donors from the Stanislaus County region who continue to help us expand access to healthcare for more families.

Spirit Halloween

A special thank you to Spirit Halloween for their recent donation of more than $70,000 from their annual Spirit of Children fundraising campaign. These funds go to support Valley Children's Child Life Program and help our patients and families understand and cope with hospitalization through education, play and emotional support. Thank you to the entire Spirit Halloween team and the community for your continued support of this amazing campaign, and for helping us make patient visits a little less scary.

Vallarta Campaign

Thank you to Vallarta Supermarkets for raising more than $32,800 for Valley Children's through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. We are so grateful to the six Central Valley locations for their efforts in the 2018 icon campaign. Two Central Valley locations (Store #49 in Fresno and Store #34 in Tulare) were #1 and #3 in the nation for highest dollars raised. Their ongoing support truly helps make a difference in the lives of the children we serve. Thank you to the many Vallarta customers who supported their local Vallarta store to help make the campaign a success!
