How does talking about race make you feel? Nervous, uncomfortable, unsure of what to say, or what
not
to say?
On Saturday, February 16, the Center for Reconciliation will host a training session about how to facilitate dialogue around race and race-related issues, led by Elon Cook Lee, program director and curator at the CFR.
This full-day training session is a great opportunity for educators, book club organizers, youth group leaders, or anyone who has struggled to have meaningful conversations about race with loved ones of opposing opinions.
Tickets are $75 per person. Full and partial scholarships are available, and CFR Faith Community Liaisons can receive a 20% discount.
