A message to our community...

We appreciate and miss you! We have always known how fortunate we are to be able to put on races in our community. With events through April and most of May cancelled or postponed, it has been challenging. It will continue to be challenging not only for us but for many others in our community. Thank you for all the positive emails - we are extremely grateful.

We will get through this together. Continue to follow the guidance given to all of us during these times please. We care about each of you and look forward to seeing you soon.

Status of Our Races

When you register with us, we take it seriously. When deciding whether to postpone or cancel a race, the process is driven by the permitting agencies acting upon guidance by local, state, and/or federal authorities. You can also be assured that you will know the same day we know that a race cannot be held. If a race date is not viable, our first goal is to go up and beyond our published policies. We always want to provide participants an opportunity to utilize their registrations by offering multiple options. As an example, transferring to a new race date or deferring to the following year. When we cannot reschedule, we want to offer a transfer to a race of equivalent distance or deferral.

Our website race calendar is current and we will work diligently to keep it updated. By April 10th, contingency plans will be on each race page for all races through the end of June.

Saturday-Sunday,July 25-26th

We have been receiving many questions about our largest event of the year.

Currently, the race is still on as scheduled. If current restrictions continue through July, we have a contingency date of August 22nd. We would also offer the option to defer to next year. If the event cannot be held in August, we would provide the option to defer to 2021, 2022, or 2023.

The race committee continues to meet (via Google Hangouts) & we have made some significant improvements to the course. We think everyone will appreciate the good news and we will be announcing these next week!
