Ernesto recently explored the subject of divorce through his radio programs, TV show and on social media.
There's a crisis across the world. Marriages are under attack. The reality is that out of five marriages, three end up in divorce.
Divorce has become a hard topic for many leaders of congregations in Latin America and elsewhere. Many pastors refuse to address this issue. Many times, out of love and to not harm members who are divorced, they prefer not to talk about the subject.
Ernesto reminded leaders that they must teach on the topic. If we shut up, then we create a generation that doesn't have the foundational understanding that God hates divorce.
We hope that this topic brings new challenges for all couples and leaders listening to the programs your support is producing.

Next week Ernesto and Marina are participating at a pastor couples retreat in Guatemala. Pray for health and strength for the leaders of the event. Pray for the pastors and their wives, that they can be encouraged and strengthened in their faith journey.
These pastors give continuously with few opportunities to recharge themselves. These retreats give them a chance to return to their work with a new vision, both for their congregations and also for their marriages and homes.
