Update Participation Information Today - Intentions Period for Physician Organizations Now Open

IHA's annual intentions process for physician organizations (POs) to declare their intent to participate in measurement and reporting for the upcoming measurement year (MY) 2018 reporting cycle begins today, Nov. 12, 2018 and ends Nov. 30, 2018. During the intentions period, IHA requests that PO contacts do the following in the Reporting Portal :
  1. Confirm contracts with participating health plans in place in calendar year 2018 to ensure IHA receives all of your organization's AMP results for next year
  2. Update organizational contacts to designate who at your organization can access AMP results and receive important program updates
  3. Complete or update organization information to make sure the information about your organization and its participation is up to date for 2019
Additionally, this year, all participating POs must sign an updated Consent to Disclosure Agreement. IHA will be sending the updated Consent to Disclosure Agreement and more information to your organization's primary contact, so make sure your contact list is up to date.

To learn more about the intentions process, including what is required of POs participating in the AMP programs, what to do if you are a new participant and more about what is new this year, join us for an introductory webinar on Nov. 15:

Member-Level Detail Is Here! Complete a Brief Survey to Gain Access for Your Organization
We heard you, and IHA is excited to announce the launch of the new Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal! POs participating in the AMP Commercial HMO Program will now be able to directly access their member-level information for measures reported for AMP Commercial HMO/POS. IHA is in the early stages of assessing the value of this feature to improve the process in providing member-level results for quality assurance purposes and assisting participants in targeting improvement efforts.

To set up access to the portal, IHA is requesting assistance in identifying a single designated system administrator for your organization. Please identify one system administrator for your organization and complete the Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal - Administrator Credentials survey by Nov. 26, 2018. The administrator will receive further instructions from Onpoint in setting up a user account.

The Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal user management component is an authentication feature that provides administrators with the ability to create their organizations' credentialed user directory and manage user modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to query and filter all associated users, manage and reset credentials as requested, create new users, and remove existing users for their organization.

Please note that Onpoint's Member-Level Detail Portal is completely separate from IHA's Reporting Portal. The administrator and authorized users can be different people for the two portals. No changes will be made to the IHA Reporting Portal users with the information requested in this survey.

M Y 2017 Total Cost of Care Results Coming Soon
MY 2017 appropriate resource use (ARU) and total cost of care (TCOC) results will be released in late November. Preliminary results will be subject to a three-week review before results are finalized for use in health plan incentive payments, public reporting and the Excellence in Healthcare Award.  IHA staff recognize that delays of this nature are disappointing and we are working with participating plans and program partners to minimize the impact of delays on program deliverables, but some delays may be unavoidable. We appreciate your patience and flexibility and will communicate additional information over the coming weeks.
