At OLQP, we have school spirit! We are proud of our school and all that our students accomplish. As we watch the formation of Faith, virtue, and character in our students, we see Christ at work. Catholic Schools Week starts on Sunday, January 27 ^th. It is a time to celebrate the great things happening at OLQP and across the nation. The national theme this year is: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed. OLQP students embody those four components. OLQP students are engaged in active learning every day. When the school day ends, learning continues with Chess Team, Robotics Team, PSIA events, and Homework Club. The OLQP community reaches out to those in our school family and to those in the community. Cards, donations, food, prayers, gift boxes, and more are shared with those in need throughout the school year. Leadership is developed through participation in a variety of settings throughout the years that a student attends OLQP. Students lead prayer assemblies, mentor younger students, present projects in competitions, serve in Student Council and National Jr. Honor Society, and answer the call to think of others and lead by example. When students have a foundation built upon the Catholic philosophy of education, they are well-prepared for future success and a life of discipleship. Share the Good News in education!
