Cynthia Wang and Hooria Jazaieri awarded a 2019 Daniel I. Linzer Grant for Innovation in Diversity and Equality
Cynthia S. Wang,  Executive Director of DRRC and Clinical Professor in Management and Organizations, and  Hooria Jazaieri Post-Doctoral Fellow in Management and Organizations,  have been awarded a grant for  Examining Gender Bias in Negotiations , to develop a written exercise on gender bias in negotiations and teaching materials for faculty.  The topic will be used in Northwestern courses, and data analysis of the exercise will enable the researchers to publish a paper on the project at universities around the nation.


DRRC Post-Doctoral Fellow Appointments

Marlon Mooijman - Starting July 2019, Marlon will be an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at the Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University.  He studies how to make business leaders more effective at promoting trust and cooperation in their organizations.



Esther Sackett -  Starting September 2019, Esther will be joining the faculty at Santa Clara University in the Leavey School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Management. Esther looks forward to teaching in the undergraduate and part-time MBA programs at SCU as well the opportunity to conduct research in the dynamic and innovative business environment of Silicon Valley.

DRRC has expanded it's offerings of PON exercises 

DRRC is pleased to announce we have expanded our offerings of exercises from the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School. Topics covered include deal making, leadership, government negotiation, and conflict management. Additionally, we now offer the original PON versions of popular exercises such as Bullard Houses and Harborco. Developed at Harvard Law School, these exercises provide a complementary mechanism for teaching negotiation and conflict management to DRRC's collection.
