SCORE helps you succeed!

Sisters Laura Beyer and Maria Van Abel founded softball training program and facility 360U to help young athletes gain confidence on and off the field. 360U offers camps, one-on-one instruction, and small group lessons, even assisting families with the college recruitment process. By the end of this year, Beyer and Van Abel project that they will have registered 4,000 athletes for 360U lessons.

How SCORE helped: Beyer and Van Abel worked with SCORE mentor Jim Heiting, which they say was the best decision they ever made. "Through Jim, we have found direction for ALL business functions," says Beyer. "Jim does not simply give us a quick answer - he is extremely thorough." Moreover, Beyer says that Heiting was instrumental in helping 360U lease their own facility nearly three years ahead of schedule.
