We ship all packages in Canada and the USA by Canada Post, Purolator (UPS delivery in the USA), and FedEx. Worldwide shipping by Canada Post only. The following minimum amounts required for free shipping are after applicable discounts have been applied and before applicable tax has been applied.
FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OF $125 OR MORE
FREE SHIPPING TO USA FOR ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE* FOR ORDERS OF $175
Shipping fees for orders below the minimum amounts are:
PEI, NS, NB - $15 flat rate.
Rest of Canada - $20 flat rate.
United States - $25 flat rate.
Worldwide* - $30 flat rate.
We are currently shipping most packages within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving the order for all in-stock items. The moment your order has been shipped, you will automatically be sent an email with a tracking number link. Please note that en route tracking is only available within Canada and for most shipments to the USA. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, simply let us know in the Order Comments section when completing your online order. We read those comments almost as soon as the orders come in and we will make sure it is shipped out on time so that it can arrive on or before the requested date based on the couriers estimated delivery date for your address. If we think there will be any problem with your package arriving by your requested date, we will contact you to see if a faster shipping option would be suitable.
*WORLDWIDE ORDERS ONLY (outside of Canada and USA): Maximum 2 kg. No liquids. For orders weighing more than 2 kg, additional boxes up to 2 kg in shipping weight can be purchased for $30 each (please inquire on how to add this service option before ordering). Applicable destination country duties and taxes payable by recipient. Depending on the order value, products ordered, and country of destination, estimated delivery times and other special conditions will be confirmed by email prior to shipment. Because this is a new service for us, at this time we are only shipping to customers who have previously visited one of our two stores in PEI or who have been referred by a customer or person known to us.
