February is Children's Dental Health Month
If you requested supplies from the Chicago Dental Society, they should be shipping from the warehouse very soon. Please let your front desk staff know to be expecting a package. 

If you missed the deadline to request supplies this year, we will be opening the request period back up in the Fall of 2019.

Join the Foundation at a Chicago Blackhawks game
Join the CDS Foundation Sunday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m. at the United Center as the Chicago Blackhawks take on the Detroit Red Wings.

Seats are located in Sections 311 rows 11 & 12, and Section 312, rows 11, 15, 16 and 17.  Tickets are $140 each which includes a $20 donation to the CDS Foundation in support of our programs including our free dental clinic.

Parking is not included. Tickets will be mailed to the purchaser. Please be sure to provide a mailing address.  After Feb. 3, tickets will be left under purchaser's name at Will Call at the United Center.
