JANUARY 2019
Welcome to the AMP newsletter!
The goal of the monthly newsletter is to keep stakeholders up to date about program changes and deadlines. The newsletter has three main content areas:
  • Need to Do, which will alert stakeholders to information and requirements for successful program participation, such as upcoming deadlines.
  • In Other News, which will share other program-related news, such as upcoming industry webinars or conferences.
  • In the Pipeline, which will provide a longer term view of upcoming key program dates.
All  newsletters are archived in the Newsletters section of the IHA website, so you can easily find and share the latest program information.

Measurement Year (MY) 2017 Preliminary Appropriate Resource Use & Total Cost of Care Results to be Released Mid-February
Thank you for your patience as we worked through delays in MY 2017 reporting of appropriate resource use (ARU) and total cost of care (TCOC) results. We are pleased to announce that MY 2017 preliminary ARU and total cost of care results will be released in mid-February. Participants will be notified as soon as a release date is finalized, as well as when preliminary results are released. Preliminary results will be subject to a three-week review by participants before results are finalized for use in program deliverables, such as health plan incentive payments.

IHA staff will host a webinar on Feb. 12, 2019, to discuss how to review and validate your organization's results, including an overview of the updated review and appeals process and detailed timeline for release of final results. Physician organization (PO) contacts will receive a calendar invitation from IHA in advance of the webinar. Webinar slides, as well as the session recording, will be available on iha.org after the session.

Member-Level Detail Is Here - Gain Access for Your Organization by February 12
POs participating in the AMP Commercial HMO program can now directly access member-level detail through the new Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal. Physician organizations can now see which patients were captured in their appropriate resource use and total cost of care results. IHA is assessing the value of this feature to improve access to member-level results for results validation and targeting improvement efforts.

To set up access to the portal, please identify a single designated system administrator for your organization and complete the Onpoint Member-Level Detail Portal - Administrator Credentials survey by Feb. 12, 2019. The administrator will receive further instructions from Onpoint to set up a user account. Administrators will have the ability to create their organizations' credentialed user directory and manage user modifications. This includes but is not limited to the ability to query and filter all associated users, manage and reset credentials as requested, create new users, and remove existing users for their organization.

Please note that Onpoint's Member-Level Detail Portal is completely separate from IHA's Reporting Portal. The administrator and authorized users can be different people for the two portals. No changes will be made to the IHA Reporting Portal users with the information requested in this survey.
