for All Saints' Evensong Reception

Our memorable receptions are made possible by a combination of delicious foods and motivated individuals wanting to extend hospitality to all those who walk through our church doors...and by Anita Tanner, who has served as Hospitality Committee Chair for over 20 years. Our sincerest thanks and prayers to Anita as she passes this responsibility to Bill Ford.

You can help by making or purchasing a finger food or beverage for the reception, and dropping it off in the Tyler Hall kitchen between services or after church on Sunday, November 11. Individuals for set up, clean up and serving have already been organized. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, please make your check out to Saint Paul's Church and annotate it for the "Evensong Reception". Please email Bill to let him know which requested item and quantity you are bringing. We will respond to you individually and will publish an update next week.

RECEPTION MENU FOR ALL SAINTS' EVENSONG

Store-Bought. Bring in Frozen:

• 140 Meatballs (1 bag-6 lbs)

• 72 count Mini quiches

• 4 dozen Chicken nuggets (22 count bags from Costco)

Made or purchased:

• 3 dozen Cream cheese and olive sandwiches

• 3 dozen Pimento cheese sandwiches

• 3 dozen Egg salad sandwiches

• 3 dozen Chicken salad sandwiches

• 4 dozen Deviled eggs

• 4 dozen Cheese straws

• 1 large Fruit tray or bowl

• 1 large Crudités platter

• 1 large Olive and Cheese platter

• 3 pounds Assorted nuts

• 1 large Cheese ball with crackers

• 1 large Dip with crackers or vegetables

Desserts:

• 4 dozen Cookies

• 4 dozen Brownies

• 4 dozen Cake bites or Petits fours

• 1 pound Cheesecake bites

• 4 dozen Pralines

• 4 dozen Cupcakes

Beverages:

• 1 liter ea Pepsi and Diet Pepsi

• 1 liter ea Coke and Diet Coke

• 2 liters Sprite

• Punch Recipe:

1 liter ginger ale,

2-48oz cans Hawaiian Fruit Punch

2-48oz cans Pineapple juice

For the bar:

• 2 liters Pinot Noir wine

• 2 liters Cabernet Sauvignon wine

• 2 liters Pinot Grigio wine

• 2 liters Riesling wine
