PICTURE OF THE WEEK
ARTICLE OF THE WEEK
This past Monday evening, Yeshiva Har Torah held our annual Yeshiva High School Information Night. This important program helps to provide our 8th grade parents with important information as far as what to expect in 8th grade and on how to make their Yeshiva high school choice a more educated one. The evening began with a meeting with Rabbi Menchel who gave an overview of the high school applications and admissions process. The following high schools, which our graduates typically attend, were invited to give short presentations about the unique educational programs that they each provide:

HAFTR High School
HALB High School for Boys (DRS)
HALB High School for Girls (SKA)
HANC High School
Midreshet Shalhevet High School
North Shore Hebrew Academy High School
Ramaz Upper School
Rambam Mesivta
SAR High School
Westchester Hebrew High School
YUHS for Boys (MTA)
YUHS for Girls (Central)

Rabbi Menchel concluded the evening by inviting all the parents to feel free to meet with him for further guidance at any time during the high school decision process.
