I recently traveled to Israel with students from the Brandeis Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program for the annual Kraft seminar. Seeing the next generation of Jewish leadership engage with issues critical to Israel and the Jewish community was extremely rewarding. I also had the opportunity to share with groups of Israelis findings from our Birthright Israel research, along with our studies regarding the growth of the US Jewish population and the ways in which Jewish engagement is actually increasing. Back on campus, we are releasing today a study of undergraduate students at Brandeis.  Read more

New dual-degree MA/EdM program

The Hornstein Jewish Professional Leadership Program at Brandeis University, in partnership with the Education Program, is pleased to announce its new dual-degree program , a  Master of Arts in Jewish Professional Leadership and an Education Master in Jewish Educational Leadership.

This innovative program will prepare future Jewish community leaders with the full complement of specialized knowledge and skills that comes with a strong foundation in educational leadership and the issues confronting contemporary Jewish life.
