POLL OF THE MONTH

February Poll

In April, Crayons is hosting our annual Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader fundraiser, where guests compete against actual 5th graders in our own version of the game show. We are always hunting for challenging, yet 5th grade appropriate questions. Please provide one or more questions via the poll below.

King Studios Traveling Suitcases

The King Studios Traveling Suitcases are educational toolkits
that use replica artifacts, technology and lesson plans to tell the story of King Studios through art, music, entrepreneurship, civil rights and science. The unique cases pay tribute to the traveling musicians who, with suitcase in hand, cultivated King's musical and historical legacy throughout the world. The Suitcases are designed for educational use in K-12 classrooms, each containing artifacts and educational materials aligned to Ohio Content Standards.

We are proud t o partner with  King Studios  and  Xavier University  to distribute the Suitcases to K-12 teachers in our service area. Teachers interested in learning more about the Suitcases and reserving one for use in your classroom should  visit http://www.king.simplybook.me/v2/ or contact Stefanie at [email protected]
Felt, Anyone?
Crayons has more than 100 rolls of industrial felt stored at the Great Oaks warehouse in Sharonville, and they need to find a good home. They come in a variety of weights and textures and are mostly neutral in color (black, gray and tan). If you, a church group or any organization you know could use any of these large rolls, please contact Kendall Glover at [email protected] or call 513-482-3290 to arrange a pick-up.
