Tree Planting in Review
On the early morning hours of Saturday, October 13th, volunteers helped plant 19 trees in total at VFW Park.

We would like to thank all the volunteers who helped with the planting and for donating their time. We look forward to see you at future volunteer events.

Results from the Recycling Survey
The Recycling Town Hall was held on Monday, October 22. The results from the survey were presented during that meeting but are also available on our website.

2018 Inauguration
The 2018 Inauguration will be held on Monday, November 19th at the Lincoln Park High School Auditorium starting at 8:15pm.

The event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served immediately following the ceremony.

Feeling Spooky?
Lincoln Park Preservation Alliance added a 2nd Ghost Walk since many did not make it to last Saturday's Ghost Walk due to the cold, rainy weather.

No rain predicted for this Friday night. They will do three tours Friday night starting at the Lincoln Park Historical Museum parking lot but the "frills" they had last Saturday. Hot cider & treats included!!!

Dress warmly & come on out! Great affordable family event for $5.00 adults & $1.00 kids!
Hazardous Waste Collection
Wayne County will be hosing its last hazardous waste collection on Saturday, November 3 at Wayne County Community College, Downriver District. Only household generated products from Wayne County residents will be accepted.

Items that will not be accepted include:Commercial waste, Industrial waste, radioactive material, explosives, ammunition, 55 gallon drums, household trash, refrigerators, microwaves or other appliances, tires, yard waste, roofing shingles, & concrete.

Need Help With Your Energy Bill?
Michigan Department of Health & Human Services is now accepting applications for all MEAP (Michigan energy assistance program) applications.

If you or someone you know is in need of energy bill assistance, applications can be filled out via the below link. Paper applications are also available at local MDHHS offices.

Automatic Withdrawal Now Available
The City of Lincoln Park is happy to offer residents automatic withdrawal of their water payments, right from your checking or savings account.

This service comes at no additional cost and will save you time, effort, and money. Enrolling is simple can be completed in just a few minutes.
2017 Water Quality Report Now on City Website
The City of Lincoln Park and the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) are committed to meeting state and federal water quality standards including the Lead and Copper Rule. LP Farmers Holiday Market
The Lincoln Park Farmers Market will be holding a Holiday Market on Sunday, November 18, 2018 11am - 4pm at Park Restaurant Hall.

Specialty foods, arts and crafts, and Christmas themed items will be available.

The Lincoln Park Citizens Patrol Watch will be out in full force this Angels' and Halloween night.
