This webinar will review the 'next steps' following recommendation of a seating and mobility system for a client. To ensure best outcomes, it is pertinent that the wheelchair provision process be held at a higher standard of care, which includes delivery and follow-up by the entire team. The requirements of the delivery process, recommendations for outcome based measures for documentation, and ways to enhance best outcomes for the client will be the focus of the presentation.

  • Items to include in the delivery, set up, follow up of seating and mobility equipment
  • Outcome measures that can be utilized to document the process
  • How to educate our clients about equipment maintenance and changes over time

About our presenter:

Brenlee Mogul-Rotman is an occupational therapist and ATP/SMS, she currently works as the National Clinical Education Manager for Permobil Canada. Brenlee has a background in clinical work and owned a private practice in Toronto for a number of years. She is a member of the OSOT Seating and Mobility Team and a member of r the Board of Directors for the Canadian Spinal Research Organization.
