Opinions Needed: Clinical Experiences in Narcolepsy
Dear Colleague,

On behalf of the World Sleep Society (WSS), we request your help providing general information about your clinical experience as it relates to Narcolepsy in your geographic area.

The purpose of the survey is to identify patterns of clinical care and management of patients with Narcolepsy around the globe. Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone besides the Narcolepsy task force of the WSS. The data from all survey participants will be recorded in aggregate as part of the task force report on Global Narcolepsy: Diagnostic and Treatment Trends .

Clinicians working in the field of sleep with a history working with narcolepsy.

How long will the survey take?
It is estimated that the survey will take 16-20 minutes to complete.

Why is this survey needed?
This survey is designed to help identify the relevance of symptoms of Narcolepsy in clinical practice across different geographic areas. In addition, we are interested in the availability and use of testing procedures and therapeutic options around the world. 

What is the purpose of this survey?
Answers will be from the perspective of your practice and geographic location. The survey's goal is to characterize the diagnosis and management of patients with Narcolepsy around the globe. All personal data collected will be kept private.

When should it be completed?
The survey will remain open until November 15, 2018 .
