Fast Track

THANK YOU for another GREAT Winter Conference!

Final attendance numbers are in for the 2018 Annual Winter Conference and we welcomed 1,400 attendees, which breaks last year's record.  The halls were packed with exhibitors and attendees for two full days of educational sessions, exhibitor receptions and awards events, and we can't thank everyone enough for contributing to the success of the conference this year!

If you have a Facebook account, make sure to check out the MBI page to view photos and the awards videos if you weren't able to make it to the conference this year. A conference photo gallery will be up and ready for viewing on the MBI website later this week, so be sure to check back to see some of the many great shots our photographer was able to capture.

Be sure to save the date for next year's conference so that you don't miss out!

One of MBI's premier leadership courses, MBEye on the Future, is now in the books for the class of 2018. The graduating class of 20 individuals, representing 20 different MBI member companies throughout the state, met on 6 different occasions for 6 consecutive months in 6 different cities. The class succeeded in furthering their leadership and personal skills, while networking with one another.

Each of them sacrificed their time to better themselves and their companies, and this deserves a big congratulations!

When it comes to the New Year, it has always fascinated me that a simple date on the calendar can bring about such renewed optimism that the future will be better than the past. Many people will use this as a time for promises to be made or New Year's resolutions to be set.

Have you ever thought about the basic purpose of a resolution? In its simplest form, the intent of a resolution is always based in a commitment to change something. We generally understand that for any positive change to take place, it needs to be intentional in nature. Rarely, if ever, will you or your business float into a successful future without knowing how you got there.   >>>Read More
