Main & Chestnut Streets

After a bid process, a contractor has been selected to begin the improvements to the Chestnut and Main Street area this spring. The project is expected to be completed this summer. This is another project completed by the Cottleville Community Improvement District which will feature sidewalks, parking, street lights, and upgraded street signs similar to the recent 5th Street improvements. 

Construction is currently underway for improvements to the intersection at Mid Rivers Mall Drive and Cottleville Parkway, and beyond. With a mutual aid agreement, the City of St. Peters has begun construction in the area. Improvements will include additional turn lanes, improved crosswalks, bridge widening, and relocating the pedestrian pathway back off the road and shoulder similar to what is in front of Stygar-Hutchens funeral home. Construction should continue through summer of 2019. This project is funded by the City of St. Peters, East West Gateway, and St. Charles County Road Board.

The Cottleville St. Patrick's Day 7k Run & Parade is under new management and is now the Shamrock Run & Parade. All proceeds will support the CFO's ongoing fundraising efforts.
