It’s Wellness Wednesday!!!!!! This week’s theme is about manifesting your ideal future.
Enjoy this week's "Article of The Week" and please feel free to share any comments, questions, or revelations that it may evoke.
I am often much more critical of myself than I could ever be of anyone else, only because I know myself best. On this journey, I find myself always pushing to get to the next level of myself, which isn't a negative thing unless I am expecting more from myself based on what society or others have to say. For me, I find that staying away from what is trending allows me to evolve as a person more organically rather than finding myself trying to catch up to do what everyone else said is good for me to do. I feel much more at peace when I allow myself to create goals and set intentions for completing them without the background noise of what I "should" do, which normally just puts unnecessary pressure on myself.
Intentionally decreasing self-destructive behaviors and surrounding yourself with caring, thoughtful people who support you and believe in you has worked for me. Most of all, I had to change the relationship I had with myself to one that was more supportive, that truly believed I could accomplish my goals, and being able to trust in myself to know what works for me.
Allow yourself a moment to look at your to-do list and your short and long term goals. Are they based on "shoulds", society, or what's trending? Are these things truly coming from you to allow you to continue to evolve, or from an outside source that you would like to please?
Be Well!
“Love thy soul, manifest thy light”
BE BLESSED ♥️✨♥️

I hope this note finds you in peace. How did your meditations go this week? Please feel free to contact me for all your questions or feedback.
Let's take some time tonight to manifest our best selves to uncover the passion that lives within. By connecting to Source and recognizing your passion, you allow yourself room to discover your divine purpose to ultimately receive divine abundance for your obedience. Let's Manifest! Peace and Blessings.
Take time to write these moments in your journal, so that in times when you are feeling low, you can still smile in gratitude. This meditation allows you to relax, relate, and release. Be patient and forgiving of yourself enough to do so. Continue to spread love, light, and peace everywhere you go!
Be at Peace, Namaste, and Be Blessed Always!
I pray that this meditation serves the intentions to which is was created to restore your faith, balance, and a sense of peace and calmness.
Please "thumbs up" and subscribe to my Meditation You Tube page and videos if you haven't already.

Mission
TOP promotes social and economic equality for low to moderate income Texans through community and electoral organizing.
Texas is a big and diverse state, and considering the evolving social makeup and the widespread need for improvement in areas of health care, poverty, and education, community organizing has never been more important.
*Texas has the highest rate of uninsured citizens in the country.
*Texas has the 5th highest poverty rate in the country.
*Texas has a high school dropout rate over 50% in urban areas and more than double the national average.
|
|
|
|
In order to address these and other critical issues, Texas needs empowered and organized residents. TOP provides hard working Texans the opportunity to implement real change by organizing their own neighborhoods, investing their time and energy in causes relevant to their respective communities, and collectively taking ownership of TOP’s agenda, strategy and direction.
With a seasoned and committed organizing staff with a combined 70 years of experience, and a distinguished and diverse Advisory Committee made up of leaders from all walks of life, TOP is poised to make tangible impacts on the issues of critical importance to Texas' communities.

YOUR KID HAS GOOD GRADES BUT LOW SAT/ACT TEST SCORES AND YOU'RE FRUSTRATED
August 25th is the next SAT test date.
October 6th is the last SAT date for your teen to get the scores to prove to MOST COLLEGES that they deserve to be admitted get and be awarded SCHOLARSHIPS.
Your teen is already registered and you're hoping they will get better scores.
You have been telling your teen to study, get on Khan Academy...you have to study.
BUT, in the back of your mind and in your heart of hearts you know they are not ready to take this test and score higher.
Guess what???
You could HOPE your kid knows how & what to study OR
You could KNOW they are studying the right things.
****THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING****
I worked with students in the WGBC Bridge Program this summer and they made moves:
😍 Average reading test score went from 500 to 582
😍 The percentage of students reading at college ready level went from 11% to 91%
😍 More than 50% of students increased their by 100+ points
If you missed this class, gear up for the next class before the October 6th SAT Test!
