September 7, 2018

We live in a society that largely values instantaneous gratification; our goals, the things we make and the ways we choose to spend our days are steeped in the short-game. We seek to spend as little time, effort or money to generate the most immediate, desirable return and while this strategy isn't inherently wrong, it is exactly as it professes: shortsighted.

This week for Lifehacks, we'll be looking at what the Bible says about diligence and perseverance, why they're important and what it means for us as Christians as we try to work with life and not against it.

Dr. Bill Bouknight will be in the Sanctuary for the Traditional Worship Services. Pastor Jeff will be in the Auditorium for the Contemporary Worship Services. See you Sunday!

MidWeek

It is our hope that the sermon you hear on the weekend is the first word in a conversation that takes place throughout your week. MidWeek is your place to do just that. Join others as we dive deeper into the sermon from the week before and wrestle with how it ought to show up in our lives. If you are new to the church or looking for a place to get connected, MidWeek is where it's at. This study will begin on September 19 in the Auditorium.
