Principal's Message

Dear Families and Friends of OLQP:
                The joy of the Christmas programs was shared. Mid-terms are finished. The special arts and crafts are on display. The hand-crafted Christmas gifts are sent home. Clean up from class parties is done. What is to come is a special time for families to share the love and companionship while embracing the gifts of that Holy Night. Each morning at prayer during Advent, the assembly prays the St. Andrew's Novena. It is a beautiful prayer you may want to share with your family:
 
            Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold. In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grant my desires, through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of His Blessed Mother. Amen.

╈  Home and School leadership and all who provided refreshments for the post-program fellowship.
╈  All the parents who helped clean up and put away chairs after the program.
╈  Mrs. Goebel and the Hospitality Committee for hosting the staff Christmas party.
Did You Know?

Steps for Students will be held on February 16, 2019, in downtown Houston.  OLQP will receive 90% of all proceeds raised from registrations or donations.  This year, the P.E., Athletics Department, and Library will benefit from this fundraiser. 

You can be a virtual participant by choosing to "snooze" when you register for this event.
