Freshman Orientation

Chaburot for 5779
TABC is pleased to be able to offer additional learning opportunities for students. B'ezrat Hashem, we will continue with our Rambam chaburah which takes place during breakfast, 10 minutes before the beginning of first period in Room 9.  This year we will try to learn all seven chapters of Hilkhot Mamrim, which is of material relevance to our yeshiva limmud of Sanhedrin.  (There is no eating in the classroom, so finish before coming.)

In addition, there will be a Mincha chaburah which will meet in Room 8, immediately following mincha, during which we will learn bekiut in Masekhet Sanhedrin.  While it will require some outside work, the goal is to learn all of Masekhet Sanhedrin, as we did with Kiddushin last year, and Megilla the prior year.

Both of these learning opportunities will begin immediately following our return from Sukkot vacation.
Rabbi Jachter & Binyamin Jachter '17
Release New Book,
Named for Rabbi Adler's Father
TABC's own Rabbi Chaim Jachter, and his son, Binyamin Jachter '17 recently published Depths of Yonah: Unleashing the Power of Your Yom Kippur. The Hebrew title of the book is Aliyat David, in honor of Rabbi Adler's father, Mr. David Adler.  The book compiles the ideas of many TABC students and alumni many of whom are cited by name.  Ari Krischer '14 edited the book and contributed many important comments.  Eli Dickstein '17 created the stunning cover and formatted the book.  The book is very much a TABC creation, permeated through and through with the TABC hashkafa and spirit!!

You can read recent reviews by The Jewish Link of New Jersey and The Jewish Standard.
