Here's your chance to sample the extraordinary flavors of the mythic black truffle prepared in every sort of fabulous way by Oxbow Public Market merchants -- from truffled goat cheese enchiladas, Kobe beef tataki, grilled oysters and French fries, to hazelnut truffles (the chocolate kind), bittersweet truffle cocktails, and cookies & cream cupcakes with little pink pigs (as in: they hunt truffles). Also, taste wines, buy fresh truffles, meet the truffle dogs, shop for specialty foods and products...and oh-so-many other good things. Hosted by CBS Foodie Chap, Liam Mayclem, the event features cooking demos by Chef Todd Humphries, Kitchen Door; Chef Brian Santos, Eiko's at Oxbow; and Chef Gabriel Bravo, Five Dot Ranch.
