The Goodness Jar

It's a new year! As you reflect on 2018, what goals did you accomplish? Maybe you feel like you did a lot of rushing, worrying and feeling frazzled? Do
you wonder what you can do in 2019 to create more fun and positivity in your life and in your child care program? What about making a Goodness Jar? The idea behind a Goodness Jar is simple. Take time to notice all the beautiful moments happening all around you and write them down and put them in the jar. Encourage families and children in your child care program to participate and add notes into The Goodness Jar about any beautiful moments they see. To learn more about The Goodness Jar, click here. Don't forget to share the idea with your child care program families!
