Greetings!

I am happy to report that our team has just finished a project designed to answer your questions about SmartMelter®. Over the last year, we have taken time to listen to closely to the questions people ask when calling, emailing, or visiting our booth at conferences. We have also interviewed some of our customers to learn about the most common applications and benefits of our technology.

The result is a brand new website with detailed videos and images of the product, process, and software reporting that make up our Monitoring Program. You will also find plenty of literature, including the latest validation trials, articles, and customer stories.

Some of our team members graciously made their film debut in a series of videos that explain the multiple applications of our program, from critical stage furnaces to maintenance planning, to higher-level decisions, as well as what our Monitoring Program looks like. We also have a detailed animation video that shows how SmartMelter® technology works.

Along the way, we also discovered that there is a reason why we are not in Hollywood making major movies. We are instead better suited to solve one of the toughest problems the glass industry has faced.
