York Catholic has continued to offer our students a competitive, top notch education for the past 90 years. This education extends outside of academics; YC students are encouraged to form habits of service to live out their faith in their everyday lives. While students are only required to complete minimal service hours (12-16 hours depending on their grade), many students volunteer beyond this. The Class of 2018 completed over 17,768 hours of community service!
With just five days of 2018 left, we turn to our generous alumni, parents, and community friends like yourselves and ask you to prayerfully consider YC as a charity of choice for your year-end gifts to our annual fund and our capital campaign.

Advancement Director
York Catholic is seeking to fill a full-time position with an experienced advancement (development/fundraising) professional. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Advancement Director will guide the Advancement program to include: annual fund, EITC/OSTC, reunion class giving and support, special events, volunteer and staff management, and mailings. Experience with major donor cultivation, and personal solicitations is critical. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, technical skills particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of Donor Perfect is preferred. State and federal clearances are also required.

Students in grades K-6 are invited to Futures Nights at the York Catholic basketball games! Future girls' basketball players are invited Tuesday, January 15, when the YC girls' team takes on ELCO. Future boys' basketball players and cheerleaders are invited Saturday, January 19, when the YC boys' team takes on Camp Hill. The JV games start at 6 PM followed by the Varsity games. Arrive by 6:45 PM to
participate in the pre-game prayer and huddle, sit behind the bench for the game, and become part of the welcome tunnel before the game. Wear your uniform shirt for free admittance to the games. Come out and cheer your future school onto victory!
