Currently, the Canada/US border is closed for non essential travel until July 21st. We do not have any additional information at the moment, but we are hoping to receive some news in the next week or so!
We are currently open to Canadian customers and have implemented additional sanitation protocol for our housekeepers in between houseboat trips, proper social distancing procedures in the marina as well as other recommended heath and safety guidelines to ensure our guests, customers and employees remain safe and healthy.
We are currently rescheduling our July guests to later in the summer and into the fall. For our late July and early August guests - thanks for your patience while we navigate these uncharted waters! We will have more information for you as soon as it is released to us.
During this time, our call and email volume is significantly more than usual so please continue to be patient with us as we get back to everyone as soon as we can. Our preferred method of contact at the moment is email, which helps us keep most organized and prompt in our replies.
