Merely living in a community a long time doesn’t mean someone has experience & qualifications in these required areas. We need our County Commissioners to understand these complex matters, to spend taxpayer dollars wisely, make common sense experienced decisions, & ask tough questions before they vote on things that will affect us for many years to come.

I've devoted my life to tackling life's biggest challenges . Whether it was earning an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy, serving both here and abroad in the Air Force for a 24 year military career, being a Senior Military Commander, Base Commander, Combat Veteran, operating a major hospital system right here in East Naples, or doing my best as a community volunteer to alleviate suffering by struggling veterans and citizens in need--at every step of the way I have put SERVICE first. I have deep experience in the critical areas required of a prepared, credible, and influential County Commissioner to serve our community. I encourage you to review these qualifications in all the candidates and make the decision you think is best for our community.

Rick LoCastro will not vote for a tax increase as your next County Commissioner.
I AM a Strong Fiscal Conservative , always looking to trim fat, NOT increase taxing and spending. What we need is better EXPERIENCED FISCAL MANAGEMENT... not more wasted taxpayer dollars... and then asking for more because we mismanaged what we had!
