December 16, 2018 - In This Issue:

Greetings from PODS Association Board

Dear Members,

As we all recover from floods, earthquakes and fires, this time of year reminds us that the human spirit, our capacity to love, help each other, and endure cannot be quenched.

During this season of gratefulness and giving, we want to thank you for your support in the form of membership, volunteering your time, using the PODS data model, and attending our conferences.

2018 marked the 20th year of PODS Association, and we are thrilled to begin our next 20 years with the rollout of PODS 7.0, our most transformational data model to date, one that will reshape the way that the industry tracks and maintains pipelines. Created entirely by seasoned pipeline engineers, IT experts, data gurus, software engineers, and others, this data model brings our little niche into the cutting edge of 21st century data modeling.   Download our latest model, a preview of PODS 7.0,  PODS Lite v1.1, HERE.

Do you want to be more closely involved?  Consider joining our Board of Directors in 2019.  There are 5 seats open (read more about the openings below). Please  download and fill out the 2019 Candidacy Form here (declaration of candidacy is due by January 21st).

On behalf of the PODS Board of Directors, we wish you a wonderful holiday season!

Jackie Smith, PODS President, Chad Corcoran, board member and Kathy Mayo, Ex ecutive Director traveled to Washington, DC for meetings with PHMSA, congressional staff and industry leaders. "Meetings were productive. We learned a lot and, in turn, educated many about PODS transformational changes. In all, it was a good trip," stated Jackie Smith.
