Warm Wishes from all of us at Elephant Aid International

holiday wishes from EAI
One of the real joys of the holiday season is the opportunity to say thank you. Whether you volunteer your time, donate, talk to your friends and family about elephants or share EAI's posts on social media, you make it possible for us to improve the lives of individual elephants and increase understanding of these remarkable creatures.

In the true spirit of the season, we wish you peace and joy.

Plumbing, Electric and Footers: Elephant Barn Update

footers poured at the elephant barn

We have made significant progress on Phase 2 of the elephant barn. Every step gets us closer to hosting elephants at Elephant Refuge North America (ERNA) and giving them the ability to regain their "elephantness."

The plumbing is complete, the electrician has run the conduit for the electric gates. The footers are poured and ready for the walls to be built. Next up will be erecting the steel pipe corrals, which are prefab and ready to install.

It is incredibly exciting to see this project come together. Our hard-working team has really done such an amazing job. Thank you!
EAI is Hiring

Know anyone who is experienced at operating farm equipment, has great carpentry skills, with a good head on their shoulders and a heart for elephants? We're looking for a full-time facilities maintenance manager who can operate, maintain and repair equipment and keep facilities at ERNA in good condition, while maintaining a safe environment for the staff and resident elephants and other animals.
