All In podcast to discuss how neighborhood-level data can be used to solve pressing health challenges and address health equity.
Coordinating Health and Social Services in San Diego, CA
Karis Grounds of 2-1-1 San Diego joined the podcast to discuss how their community information exchange (CIE) platform is enabling data sharing and collaboration between health and social service providers. Grounds shared strategies for aligning multi-sector partners using a shared language and integrated technology to deliver enhanced care coordination.

All In Welcomes 46 New DASH Awardees!
DASH is pleased to welcome new awardees to the
All In network. Six mentors and 32 mentees were selected to participate in the DASH Mentor Program, which supports participation in small peer-to-peer learning groups over 10 months. In addition, sixteen awardees were selected for DASH CIC-START, which supports local collaborations in making progress toward implementing multi-sector data systems.
"Public Health 40 Under 40" Launched by de Beaumont Foundation
Fresh perspectives, new ideas, creative problem-solving, and innovative solutions benefit communities and improve the field of public health. That's why the de Beaumont Foundation is creating its first list of "40 Under 40 in Public Health" and is seeking nominations and candidates who are showing leadership in making communities healthier.

All In Capacity Assessment tool that tracks progress in the field of multi-sector data sharing. Presenters will share the initial results of data collection from 32 communities and describe how the aggregate results can guide funding and policy decisions that advance local initiatives and how local collaborations can use their individual results to inform initiative planning and self-monitoring.

DASH Mentor, released a CIE Toolkit that offers a roadmap for using data and technology to bridge sectors and create healthier communities. The five-part webinar series will highlight key strategies for communities interested in building a CIE.

Building a Strong Foundation of Public Health Infrastructure
The foundational public health services (FPHS) have been used by many states as a conceptual framework to describe the infrastructure and programs that no health department should be without. PHNCI released a new suite of materials to communicate the importance of building a strong public health infrastructure to support FPHS implementation.

Focusing on the intersection of pediatric health and housing regulations, this BUILD 2.0 project is leveraging medical expertise, legal support, and funding from managed care organizations to improve asthma outcomes in Southeast DC.
Transforming Local Public Health Practice to Advance Health Equity
With funding from PHNCI, the Minnesota Department of Health is facilitating a learning community for local health departments to coach them in applying a health equity lens to their work. They are aligning organizational policies and practices with a commitment to health equity, engaging communities, and working across sectors to incorporate health in all policies.
