Father in heaven, who at the baptism of Jesus in the River Jordan proclaimed him your beloved Son and anointed him with the Holy Spirit: Grant that all who are baptized into his Name may keep the covenant they have made, and boldly confess him as Lord and Savior; who with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns, one God, in glory everlasting.
Amen.

Are

So, what is Vestry?
The Vestry is an elected committee comprised of members from the body of the congregation.
Vestry members are agents and legal representatives of the congregation in all matters concerning its building, grounds and other properties; and concerning the relations of the congregation to its clergy. The Vestry is required to operate within the framework of the Church as outlined in the All Saints Bylaws, the Constitution and Canons of the Diocese, and the Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Church.
The Vestry is entrusted with the advancement and fulfillment of the parish mission: [To be] a welcoming and inclusive Christian community, helping people deepen their relationship with God and one another through worship, education, and social justice.
The Vestry meets monthly (except July), currently the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm (may be a different date in 2019). Also, from time to time, special meetings are scheduled as needs arise to address matters that cannot wait for the regularly scheduled meeting. Unless stated otherwise, all meetings of the Vestry are open to the membership of the congregation.
If you are interested in serving on Vestry our next meeting will be on Jan. 15th @6:30pm, you can come and visit to get a feel for what happens.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH OFFERING - JAN. 20
GUADALUPE SCHOOL
Since 1966, Guadalupe School has provided disadvantaged children and non-English speaking adult immigrants in Salt Lake City the educational support they need to improve their lives.
Guadalupe operates a K-6 public elementary charter school as well as three early education programs beginning at birth and continuing through Preschool. Four nights per week Guadalupe transforms into a vibrant center for adult education, teaching English as a Second Language.
Our mission is simple and is predicated on the belief that by learning to read, speak, and write English, a person can vastly improve their chances of success in this community. With language skills, children can succeed in school following their elementary years. Adults can better support themselves and their family, and can become contributors.
Guadalupe's results make our entire community stronger.

CALENDARS
For many years, All Saints collected calendars that were then donated to various organizations. Thank you to everyone who supported this ministry for so long. At the present, however, it seems there is no longer a demand for these calendars, and over the past year or more at the parish, the calendar donations piled up, but nothing was ever done with them. Therefore, we are no longer be collecting calendars at All Saints. Thanks.
