How to change up your workout routine for after the holidays!
There’s no better way to start the new year off than get your body feeling good. Here are a few of our favorite ideas:

  • Start with finding a buddy to workout with. Push each other to do a new activity or workout. Partner exercises are more fun than solo ones
  • Sign up for a session of classes for N activity that interests you. Adult leagues such as skiing can be found here: (Lopett, Theodore Wirth, SISU, etc) are all great choices.
  • Go for a run! There are many run groups around the cities that run year round. Some include Mill City Running, We Run Mpls, Eagan Park Run, The Lakes Running and various Running Room locations.
