Why Give?
Hope and Purpose Ministries can only continue to spread the hope and joy of the Holy Spirit with your generous support since we are not funded by the Catholic Church, specific dioceses or other non-profit organizations.
Deacon Oney has largely self-funded the ministry since 2014, but in order to take it to the next level, we need your financial help. Deacon Oney does accept speaking fees and we sell theologically-sound educational materials, but this income does not allow us to expand at a rate necessary to impact millions of individuals across the globe by 2020. We are going to expand the ministry by having a permanent location for volunteers and staff in New Orleans which will include an audio and video production studio to broadcast our messages of hope, joy, unity, and healing through the Holy Spirit to the priesthood and parishioners across the globe. Additionally, we would like to build more schools and opportunities for the youth in East Africa and beyond.
