New and Improved: DoTS Help is Here for Your Tech Solutions
The DoTS Service Desk is happy to announce DoTS Help, DPS' new and improved incident management solution! This new tool -- which is replacing Heat Self-Service -- offers a variety of ways to support you in getting the help needed when you have questions about your technology, including Outlook, voicemail, Infinite Campus and much more.

Find DoTS Help in one of three convenient ways:
  • On the web: Visit  DoTSHelp.dpsk12.org to submit incidents yourself following this guide. As you create your incident, you will see recommended Knowledge Articles populate to the right of the window, which may help you solve the issue on your own!
  • Email: Reach out to [email protected], where an incident will be automatically created for you.
  • By phone: As always, you can call the DoTS Help Line to reach the new DoTS Service Desk at 720-423-3888.
Tune in to a Live Q&A on the Superintendent Search
On Thursday, the Board of Education announced that it will extend the timeline for the superintendent search by a little more than a month in order to gather as much input from the community as possible. The board plans to announce finalists by Nov. 26

To  stay up to date on the search, tune in every Wednesday for Facebook livestream videos where board members will answer questions from the community and provide updates. Watch the live session from last week with board member Dr. Carrie Olson here
and yesterday's video with board member Jennifer Bacon here.

We want to hear everyone's voice during this search -- community members, teachers, school-support staff, school leaders, parents, students and all other members of Team DPS -- to understand your hopes and dreams for this position. Check out future community meeting dates and locations at SuperSearch.dpsk12.org.
