The bill brings the C-PACE program in line with other C-PACE programs across the country by placing the surcharge on a property at the time of its financing agreement, versus when improvements are completed. This will remove potential financing gaps for the implementation of the improvements and remove hurdles to future C-PACE Program projects. Click here to see more information.
