Friends,

God is the ancient of days. God is before there was a before. And— God’s mercy renews every morning. Each breath is a new moment of grace. Wow. May the peace of Christ be with you in this new year. May the Spirit of God be near to our world in unprecedented ways in 2019. I thank you for your patience as I foresee 2019 as a year of newness and learning.

Peace of Christ to you,
Jake Maxwell
Pastor, Second Baptist Lubbock
