Debbie Dadey, Children's Author

Issue # 119 September 2018

My oldest son's wedding pictures arrived and I love them all! Isn't young  love wond erful? And  guess what? My daughter is engaged!  She wants to  wait until she's done with her doctorate so the wedding  isn't until 2020.
I totally can't wait to go dress shopping in March! Know of any good places in Pittsburgh? Happy September, Debbie

Hope you'll join me this coming Friday, September 14th at 7:30-9:30 at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN for a booksigning/dessert reception with 24 other children's authors! Free and open to all!
Next month, I'll be at the Books By the Banks festival with adult and children's authors. It's on October 20th at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio from 10-4:00. Then on Ocober 27th, I'll be at the Sevierville Book Warehouse in Sevierville, Tn (in the Tanger Outlets) for a Pink Style fundraiser.
It was super fun meeting wonderful librarians at the Tennessee Association of School Librarians and a Barnes and Nobles visit this past week for a Girl Power event with Stephanie Faris and Angela Davis.
I still have a couple of slots available if you'd like me to Skype with your class or group on World Read Aloud Day. Contact me and we'll set it up. It's free!
A couple of fun links I'm looking forward to trying:
